James is a very pleasant person to work with in an unpleasant situation. He not only does his job well but also goes above and beyond what a professional technician would usually do . He contacted the building manager, my tenants, and a fire system specialist to schedule an agreeable time to perform his task. He did an excellent job. For unknowing reasons the bedbugs reappeared twice in 40 day after his first treatment. James returned and retreated the entire condo for the bedbugs again and again on the same days he was informed. I think there is something wrong with my tenants or their visitors. I will contract James to go back and perform the same task as soon as my current tenants leave in a month. I will also recommend any one to work with James for a pest control task.
